I was thinking of utilising this tool a little more on the front end

If the system detects a trend in hate speech then place the user on a 24 hour ban, then a 7 day ban, then a permanent ban. (With human intervention).

If the system detects a trend in distress, show helplines above the editor. Allow a user to minimise the helplines if required, but open them again every 24 hours. Store the minimise as a record in a table, similar to how terms validation is stored.
